Delivery is £4.50 (in U.K. only) per order, no matter how large or small the item or how many parcels we despatch.

Orders recieved before noon Monday-Friday are normally despatched same day, via City Link courier or Royal Mail 1st class recorded delivery service.

A signature will be required upon delivery.

If you need to return an item please email us at: info@woollymammothtoys.com prior to returning the item.

Please let us know if you would like a replacement item or a refund.

We offer a no quibble 14 day returns policy providing the item/s are unused and in the original packaging.

Refunds will be made to the originating card via PayPal. Unfortunately p&p costs can only be refunded if we made a mistake with your order or the order was damaged in transit.
