Orders can also be made on the website 24hours a day using the secure PayPal site for all your credit and debit card details.

When you come to check out you will be able to edit the items in your shopping basket prior to payment.

Once you are happy with the items in your shopping basket and you proceed to checkout you will be re-directed to Paypal to complete the transaction.

Paypal provides for secure credit and debit card transactions. Paypal is a secure encrypted site.

We do not see or have access to your card details. All your personal details are entered onto our website via a secure ssl connection.

You will receive an email from Paypal to confirm payment has been processed. This email will also include a Transaction ID. If you need to contact us regarding the transaction please quote this ID.

Goods are usually despatched within 24 hours. If you wish to cancel a transaction email the cancellation to:

State the transaction ID

If your order has not been despatched goods will be credited to the originating card via Paypal and your order cancelled. If however your goods have already been despatched then we will follow our normal returns procedure.

You will be emailed with a returns number and returns address.

Once returned unopened the transaction will be credited to the originating card via Paypal. You will receive confirmation from Paypal via email.

Use the returns number in any correspondence with us.

Ensure you obtain proof of posting when returning goods.
